The number one problem I have heard out there very frequently is a prior experience with another company didnt have the equipment delivered or setup in time for the start of their event. I hear that ALL the time. That seems to be a very important thing a potential customer is looking for. That is our speciality. I am a stickler for being on time or early. Customers should also know that we specialize in package deals. In many cases we have a minimum rental. That varies though on the day of the week, time of the year, and delivery location.
