Rare on the Square is a specialty steakhouse located in downtown Madison, WI. Rare on the Square is the concept of owners Jack and Julie Sosnowski who believe that elegant, top notch service & high end cuisine has a place in downtown Madison. After an exhaustive tour of the top US steakhouses, Rare found its place in Madison serving only USDA Prime Allen Brothers steaks from Chicago, fine wine, excellent seafood and truly remarkable service. Private dining rooms partnered with tiered service create an elegant atmosphere making Rare a dining experience not to be missed.
