I’m a full-service Real Estate agent and broker with a deep understanding of the Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Chelan, Cashmere and Leavenworth Real Est Hello! Are your ready to buy or sell a home, or just exploring your options?
My clients often choose to work with me because of my expertise in the North Central Washington housing market. With more than 20 years of experience living, working and raising kids in the in the area, and as the co-owner of a general construction company that has built many fine homes here, I help take the guesswork out of buying and selling homes in this market. It also helps that I love working with people!
Are you a first time home buyer? Old pro? Investor? Perhaps you’ve lived in your current home for 50 years, and you’re ready to downsize? Whatever the situation, I can help. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I can guide you through every step of the way. My pledge is simple: I’m not happy unless you’re happy!
I am a hands-on Realtor, and it gives me great pleasure to be involved with my clients. I’m also well networked with the best mortgage brokers, home inspectors, handy men and builders in the area, meaning my clients are well served and advised throughout the home buying and selling process.
So, whether it’s listing a home, looking for a new home or just sitting down to see what the options are, I would love to work with you!
