Total scam and fraud. Stay away. He ran away with my advance payment. His scam is if it is big job, he will give you low estimate for your job to get your job. Once you give him job, first he will ask for advance payment, he will start work, he will now ask for second payment, he will disappear. If you somehow find him, he will claim he under bid your job and now if you want him to finish the job he will now have to re estimate and you will have to advance payment. Your payments already made are gone and he will leave you stranded. Stay away. He scammed me and ran away. He is been reported with BBB in his state of business as well as neighboring states where he conducts his business. His website is very catchy with nice picture, however my construction inspection failed twice due to poor workmanship and work not done according to code. Stay away.
