I hired Mike to move me on Friday April 3 and I must say it was by far the worse most traumatic unprofessional experience of my life. My scheduled time was 2:00 and the started after 5...on a Friday. I clearly explained to Mike that my ONLY reason for hiring a moving company was that I own a desk that ways over 700 pounds. The movers came with the smallest dolly and NO other equipment Thank God someone was at my home with moving straps. Well needless to say that person jumped in to help. Next dilemma is how to get the furniture off the truck at my new home. Well they dumped it off the truck causing damage that needs repair. On top of that just left it where the dumped. Mr. Unprofessional Mike Hairston hung up on me. He promised to send someone over Saturday to move the cabinet....well I never heard back and this cabinet that means a lot to me is sitting on it's side in my garage. It's truly disappointing when as an African American trying to support other African Americans....you get this result.
