This was actually my very first time having my carpets professionally cleaned before. Anyways, I had just moved and I needed my carpets to be cleaned per my lease. I had shopped around for different companies but eventually just turned to this site because it's just so much easier this way. I gave these guys a ring to go and schedule an appointment and I had gotten both the date and the time which I wanted. The lady who scheduled me was courteous and also had all of the information which I needed.The day before my cleaning I had gotten a conformation text. I had also called the technician to go ahead and tell him the the access code to my building had changed. He was polite throughout the whole process and his work was nothing short of perfect -- in fact the work WAS PERFECT. He was a nice guy to go and chat with and the way he cleans carpets is a work of art. Great experience.

Given these guys to come on in the morning between 9-10 to come and clean a room in which one of our roommates had moved out of; they showed up right on the dot! That's nice! This guy was in and out of here, it took him about 20 minutes to do such a great job! He had also cleaned up a spot that was on our landing for free; great guy and great service. I will use this company again.
