Richmond Lock N Key is a great company! By far the best of any locksmith company I have yet to try. I own a few places on Monument and recently had to have all the locks replaced due to wear and tear. I hate having a bunch of color coded keys, I feel like I look like a janitor, but luckily the guy re-keyed them all to open to a master key for me! Now all I need is my one key for any of my properties. I am a Richmond Lock N Key customer for life!

Eric did a great job. I had lost my house keys while at the mall and didn't realize it until i got home. I called Richmond Lock N Key and they were able to get someone out to me within 15-20 minutes. Eric was very patient and understanding of my situation and was able to get me a no key in no time.
