DO NOT use this company. HORRIBLE customer service. ZERO follow up skills. Originally told 6-8 weeks to be “turn key ready”; after paying they changed it to “about” 13 weeks (they are unable to give an exact time frame. It’s been 34 days and we’ve had no updates- called to cancel and told we can’t which makes no sense. We paid cash and the house has not been started - yet “Bobby” the GM says we cannot cancel??? Waiting to hear what our lawyer says about that. Contact me if you’d like additional information on this company and their ethics or lack there of. Highly disappointed in our purchase.
