Manual therapy helps both acute and chronic injuries, allows us to decrease your pain, and improves the body's function and efficiency. We believe in order to restore normal pain-free function, there has to be a balance between joint mobility, strength, and stability to decrease the abnormal and damaging forces injured joints are subjected to.
