I went in with a constant stiff neck and headaches, since my Physical Therapist Rebecca has been working with me, the stiff neck and headaches has subsided to almost nothing. MY PT will also always take the time to explain any question i have without loosing patients or any sign of aggravation. I would recommend her as well as the other staff to anyone that has joint pain to come and ask questions and see for yourself.

Ryan McGee from Ideal Therapy was awesome. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for over a year now, and my podiatrist recommended Ideal Therapy for my foot problem. I like the fact that Ryan explained things in detail to me, on why these different exercises was important for my feet. He gave me enough knowledge to perform these exercises at home. My pain has reduced, and I can visually see my feet getting stronger.
