Top notch service at a reasonable price. Company and employees go out of their way to do quality service at the best possible price. I had a valve fail and they made every effort to fix rather than replace. When replacement was eminent, the quoted price on parts was very comparable to local big box hardware store. Communication is regular, and they show up when they say they will (sometimes even sooner!). Highly recommend.

We had our newly built home landscaped in the front yard. We are on a corner lot. Here was our experience: - The quoting process was very easy. The appointment time was done around our schedule, which was very convenient. - The design was exactly what we wanted and they provided us a plotted drawing so we could visualize the concept. - The final product looks exactly they way we envisioned it. - The team did an excellent job getting it exactly right and listed to any suggestions or ideas we had during the process. - All of the plants look fantastic, the rock retaining wall is awesome and the drip system keeps everything well watered based on the size of the plant. - The final price was very reasonable and made the process much more enjoyable because we weren't stressing about the quoted price. - AIM truly does stand by their 100% guarantee which gave us peace of mind because we knew they would live up to their word. ***Very satisfied and would recommend their service to anyone. In fact everyone that walks by our home says that new landscaping looks great and we have the best looking yard in the neighborhood. It was a good investment because it added so much more curb appeal from the standard builder landscaping.

I hired Brad and his team at AIM when I lived in the Flagstaff area, and was super pleased with the service that I got, everything was like set it and forget it. I hired Brad and his team at AIM when I lived in the Flagstaff area, and was super pleased with the service that I got, everything was like set it and forget it. Amazing customer service, yard was always impeccable and their work came at a reasonable price. When I had to move to Phoenix, I was bummed that I would no longer get to use them. When I learned what a clusterfuzz the irrigation system at my new home was, I called AIM on a whim to see if they would do work for me in the valley. Brad came down the very next weekend, analyzed my entire system, quoted me a price, and the job was done within the next couple of weeks. Now my yard once again looks amazing, my plants are much better off and my water bill has come way down! I wouldn't hesitate to call them over any other company in the state!

AZ irrigation and maintenance has serviced our yard for several years. They originally designed our landscaping, from grading issues to plant selection and lighting. After moving out of state, Brad's team has continued to service the irrigation system on our now rental. It's comforting and reassuring to know the system is in good hands. When our renters identified an issue with the system, Brad's team was out to the house within 24 hours to fix it. Highly recommend them.

We have a xeriscaped(rock/gravel) yard in Sedona. When taking estimates for yard mtce. services, we were very budget minded. Most other contractors had flat rates regardless of yard type, asking the same for our property as for one that was all lawn(ie, higher mtce.), and few would come out only once a month. Brad from AZ Irrigation & Mtce.(AIM) in Flagstaff, understood our needs and presented a fair price for yard mtce. once a month. Their integrity shows, and their employees are knowledgable, efficient & friendly, plus when weather interferes, they are very good at rescheduling their visits. I would highly recommend AIM to anyone looking for irrigation &/or yard mtce. needs in the Flagstaff & Sedona areas.
