I had a valve fail and they made every effort to fix rather than replace. When replacement was eminent, the quoted price on parts was very comparable to local big box hardware store. I hired Brad and his team at AIM when I lived in the Flagstaff area, and was super pleased with the service that I got, everything was like set it and forget it. Amazing customer service, yard was always impeccable and their work came at a reasonable price. When I had to move to Phoenix, I was bummed that I would no longer get to use them. AZ irrigation and maintenance has serviced our yard for several years. They originally designed our landscaping, from grading issues to plant selection and lighting.
