We are revolutionizing the consulting business. We are accountable to our clients for results! SOD Inc. develops business. Business development begins with the brand. We handle marketing and we do sales. Our sales efforts on your behalf are on a fee for results basis. We get results or we don’t get paid. Business development means so much more than just sales. We recognize that. As entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses we appreciate that for a business to succeed, workflow and performance must be consistent, well documented and quantified. IN OTHER WORDS IT MUST BE SYSTEMITIZED With our revolutionary system you’ll have the knowledge, skills and the platform to accomplish systemization within your organization. No two business are alike, working with you and your key managers we help you develop systems that are tailored specifically for your business. Everyone of our salespeople knows what it’s like in the trenches. None of us has just been in sales. We’ve all been where you are and have learned the tough lessons about running our own business, meeting deadlines and making payroll. We are a team of senior sales, accounting and management executives who provide business development services. Each, in our areas of expertise. Our consulting platform allows us to charge a fraction of the cost of in house, on site, executive level management. And our sales consulting, is fee for results. We get results or we don’t get paid. Typically, clients have a relationship with one of the senior members and access to the whole team for any of our specific proficiencies. Our innovative systems approach to business development is perfect for growing and mature businesses. Our Competitive Advantage Companies engage SOD to supplement their in house capabilities. Or, to gain advantage from outsourcing by lowering overhead, having predictable customer conversion costs, improved sales closing rates and the advantage of our unique position in the market. Our platform connects buyers and sellers directly. We are a trusted resource for Designers, Architects and Purchasing and Property Managers. As we grow so do the service companies that are part of our network. Client/Partner Qualification We understand that puts us in a unique position. We are respectful of that and therefore are quite selective with whom we work. We hope you’ll understand, that as you will be examining our services, reputation and ability to achieve results, we will be scrutinizing yours. We are very discerning about whom we represent.
