Welcome to Chuchna Portraits! We are a husband and wife photography team based in Saint Charles, Minnesota. We specialize in High School Senior Portraits and sports photography, but are always pushing ourselves (and each other) to try new things for fun. We pride ourselves on creating a unique experience. We love taking the time to get to know our clients and create a bond that lasts long beyond the photo session. We are happy to stay in the local area or travel to different locations for one of a kind photos. A little about us: Cory is the mastermind behind Chuchna Portraits and photography has been a passion of his for many years. He is an award winning photographer that has been published and featured in magazines and on websites throughout the surrounding area. Chuchna Portraits started from a small hobby in Cory's home office and turned into a great way to document the lives of high school seniors, families and sports. Cory attends workshops, seminars, and reads countless articles to further his knowledge in the world of photography. He is an active member of SMNPPA (Southeastern Minnesota Professional Photographers of America) and submits pictures for judging in local competitions. Cory enjoys trying new techniques and finds beauty from everyday objects. In his free time Cory enjoys biking (mountain and road), being outdoors and spending time with his family. Christina is aspiring to help out with the business side of Chuchna Portraits while drawing as much knowledge from Cory as possible. Christina assists on most photoshoots and jumps behind the camera for the behind the scenes images and goofy shots you wouldn't normally see! Her desire is to take over the newborn and children side of Chuchna portraits. Christina is a nurse by trade, a craft-a-holic by choice and a photographer by desire. We reside in Saint Charles, MN and in our spare time we enjoy spending time with our family and friends. Photography has been a passion for both of us individually that has only drawn us closer as a couple and pushed us to new levels of inspiration and ambition.
