Thank you so much Expert Locksmith Services! I truly appreciate the lengths the team went to put me out of my misery. After being locked out of my vehicle, and being unable to call anyone because I’d locked the phone inside as well. Thankfully, I had a wifi connection and my tablet stashed away in my bag. Emailed a couple of firms, Expert Locksmith Services among them! Barely 5 minutes had passed since I sent an email to [email protected] that I received a response. Despite no feasible means of easy communication, they managed to help me out.
I owe you big time for helping me out of a tough spot. The best in Venice, CA!! Hats off to you!

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Venice, CA !
When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, ""We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time."" Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business!
So we went to Online and found Expert Locksmith Services with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled!
Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Venice, CA !

When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows?
Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes.
Working with Expert Locksmith Services was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Expert Locksmith Services and would definitely call them again.
