Finally, I’ve found a locksmith that’s professional, skilled, courteous, honest and affordable – and that’s City Locksmith Store. I’ve had my share of bitter experiences with random locksmiths in East Elmhurst, NY in the past, and I’d almost accepted it as the norm, but the team at City Locksmith Store changed my mind. Earlier, I used to spend around two-hundred bucks for my annual lock maintenance check, but I barely paid a third of it. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from City Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically.
