Terrible at following their own timelines. Never any specifics on pricing and "total" doesn't always include everything. They'll say they'll do something and then blow you off. I waited month for them to finish a job while they ghosted us at least 5 times and then they demanded more money. Very frustrating, not worth the money, and not even high quality work.
