Managing the keys was getting hectic and it wasn’t long before someone managed to sneak off a key from the key bunch and use it to gain access to the storage area. I needed a solution and called up Aqua Locksmith Store for the same. Ronnie was very helpful and listened keenly to my requirement. He provided two options: install keyless locks or rekey to a master key system. I didn’t really have the budget to replace all the locks in the property with the digital ones and so I told him to go ahead with the second option. From 24 keys, the number was brought down to 3 with one master key that operated all the locks. Ronnie even installed a key safe to ensure there is no key theft in the future. Mike was amazing. We were locked out of our apartment in Glencoe , IL on a Friday night at midnight, with landlord and super out of town and unavailable to help us. Mike came within an hour, and unlocked the door in less than fifteen minutes or more precisely, drilled through the heavy metal door and removed the malfunctioning lock. Very nice, very professional, would call him again in a heartbeat.

Mike from Aqua Locksmith Store was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. I'm so glad Aqua Locksmith Store was available and that I found them online, huge score for Companies like that. Thanks Mike, it was a pleasure meeting you!
