After a burglary attempt left me and my family rattled, I decided it was time to do something about it. A friend from work had only recently got a security overhaul done by Lock & Key Shop and couldn’t stop raving about them. I obtained their details from https://www.EastHaven.Lock-Key-Shop.com and scheduled an appointment that very day. They were five minutes early – a good start. An hour later, they’d made two lock repairs, minor door repairs and installed a brand new lock on the front door – and it all came at a reasonable price. Thank you guys. Will I hire them again? YES Do I recommend them? DEFINITELY They’re the best in East Haven, CT, as far as I know. Give them a try!

These guys are great - they're going by Lock & Key Shop. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. I needed help with setting up a new smart lock on my front door. After an impressive advert lured me into buying the lock, I was left struggling to make sense of the instructions and install it. So, I called Lock & Key Shop! Dave reached my location quickly, took one look at the lock and advised me against installing it. Turns out, it wasn’t authentic, but only a cheap imitation and showed me the real version of the lock. I could clearly make out the difference. I wasn’t going to risk the security of my property for anything and asked Dave to install the genuine version. Wish I’d purchased the lock from Lock & Key Shop in the first place and hadn’t wasted my money on a fake. If you’re a stickler for quality, they’re the best in East Haven, CT!
