Thank you so much Lock & Locksmith Tech! I truly appreciate the lengths the team went to put me out of my misery. After being locked out of my vehicle, and being unable to call anyone because I’d locked the phone inside as well. Thankfully, I had a wifi connection and my tablet stashed away in my bag. Emailed a couple of firms, Lock & Locksmith Tech among them! Barely 5 minutes had passed since I sent an email to [email protected] that I received a response. Despite no feasible means of easy communication, they managed to help me out. I owe you big time for helping me out of a tough spot. The best in Jamaica, NY!! Hats off to you!

LOVE Lock & Locksmith Tech ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing!

Last Saturday I had a appointment with Lock & Locksmith Tech to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Jamaica, NY.
