Asesor Migratorio
We were scammed by this company.
We paid over $85,000 for the renovation of our home; this man started everything but finished nothing. He came recommended by a relative who knows him. My wife eventually had to fire him. He had agreed in writing to complete the work within 8 to 10 weeks; yet, by week 12, my house--along with all my kitchen appliances, furniture, and beds--was still in limbo, despite the written agreement stating he would hand over the completed home on April 1, 2026 (and my appliances had arrived on March 31, 2026).
His modus is to take your renovation funds and use them for his own personnel costs or to pay for other jobs he previously abandoned. He works at a snail's pace and never brings anything to completion.
Four individuals showed up at my home demanding their weekly wages, as he fails to pay his staff on time often because other clients who hired him are pressuring him to finish their projects. I possess full evidence of this, including testimony from every worker to whom he owes money--debts that, to this day, remain unpaid.
Within my condominium complex, he also took money from another resident for a project, only to repeatedly push back the completion date.
He absconded with all my construction materials. My bank had to step in to assist me, sending a serious and responsible contractor to finally complete the work. The entire situation has been a massive headache, as he refuses to return the materials I purchased with my own money.
At present, we are holding onto some of his tools at our home as leverage, in an effort to force him to return all the materials and fixtures for my new bathroom items he has yet to deliver.
