DO NOT USE INTEGRITY POOL SERVICES! The previous owner of my home recommended Mark. The first time I reached out to him to open my pool for the 2024 season, it took many emails and texts back and forth to secure a date and time. Unfortunately, despite my direct request for available dates and times, I was unable to secure a confirmed appointment due to nonsensical responses. Eventually, I was able to secure a date and time, and he and his son arrived. He showed me how to use the pool equipment, but his son left the door open, and my dog got out. Thankfully, she did not get far and was not harmed. Had a great season, then came the closing. Again, various emails and texts were exchanged to secure a closing date filled with nonsensical responses. A date was selected, but it had to be changed due to a last-minute change in my work schedule and my inability to be home. Mark was notified a week plus in advance, and agreed to change the date. Mark arrived on the wrong date, waking me up and preventing me from returning to sleep, making my 12-hour 3rd shift seem a lot longer. When he arrived on the agreed-upon closing date, I discussed moving the pool equipment from my basement to outside. He gave me a rough estimate, and we decided to tackle that on opening the following season. May 1st of 2025, I emailed as I did not receive an opening notice, and Ginger (assuming his wife) responded quite quickly stating that moving the equipment would be best done first, then opening, (that made sense to me) but they were booked through May already, so would be looking at June for the equipment move and opening, but needed my number so Mark could reach out to coordinate, I replied with my direct number. Two weeks went by, and I heard nothing. I replied on May 19th, 2025, and have yet to hear anything. I've lost the months of May and June for the pool season due to continued poor communication and a lack of communication. If Mark changed his mind about not wanting to do the work, a simple decline via email, text, call, or voicemail would have been a professional and appreciative action. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY, as they lack integrity.
