I would like to share my professional experiences of working with Trish Modrowski. Our first interaction was in a tenant - landlady capacity as my family rented a condo with her for three years. Among all my experiences as a tenant, this was by far the most hassle free experience during the move-in, occupancy period and during move out. . When we moved out of her condo and to our own house (god bless!), we kept in touch. At this stage, we discussed my buying a condo of my own as an investment property and felt comfortable to consult with Trish about various options and alternatives to consider while venturing into this uncharted area for me. Trish was supposed to be our mortgage loan officer. However, her involvement was way beyond that role. She was always available to provide an opinion based on her experience and knowledge of the market. She also suggested us some units that we had missed in our search. In fact the unit that we finally purchased was the one that she suggested. I have to point this out. The unit she suggested was not eligible for a mortgage from her organization and we had to our mortgage from the bank. That means, while suggesting us the unit, she put our interests ahead of her business interests. That is a dictionary definition of a trusted adviser.
