Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Flushing Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Flushing, NY company ever. "LOVE Flushing Locksmith Store ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation.
