When my locks started acting up, I hired a guy from the hardware shop down the street. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock.
