I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Riverside, RI that we were staying at. After a heated debate with my neighbor, we decided we’d both pitch in for the common lock on the front gate. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!!
