She led a team of over 2,000 sales entrepreneurs around the country and has been a television show host, a radio show host and currently writes a monthly leadership column for Conexion Hispanic Newspaper. Peggy owned a personal and professional development school for 12 years before moving to Florida. She has held senior leadership positions in both corporate and non-profit environments and has an extensive background in corporate training & coaching. Peggy serves her local community in many leadership capacities including the Emerald Coast Chapter of ABWA, Building Homes for Heroes, and the EC Chapter of Association for Talent Development. She also trains for the Costa Leadership Institute at Northwest Florida State College. She is a former Board Chair of the Ft. Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce and the annual Peggy Brockman Leadership Award was established in her honor by Leadership Okaloosa in 2005. She has also served as an Honorary Commander for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base & for the 1st Special Ops Group at Hurlburt Field.
