AutoSPA Inc. 3171 Golansky Boulevard Woodbridge, VA 22192 9/19/2014 Dear Car Wash Operator My service with Tony has been absolutely outstanding! Tony’s attention to detail is always on point. His knowledge of systems operation and the intricacies of all the associated sub systems are truly impressive. His ability and willingness to share his knowledge is a great asset enabling me to avoid costly repairs that I myself can accomplish. The value of this to car wash Owner/Operators cannot be over stated. Tony works in an efficient manner and explains all repairs clearly before any work is performed. Tony has always given service that is above & beyond what I’ve seen from ANY other competitor out there. He has always been available for technical assistance anytime night or day. Any questions I may have over the phone are always addressed and solved. His knowledge of our trade is huge. Any operator thinking about using Tony will be saving a lot of money from addressing problems before systems fail. Tony displays a commitment to integrity and a genuine concern for the success of my wash that far exceeds the “lip service” given by competitors. I implicitly trust Tony to service my carwashes to the fullest, and you should too. You will not be unhappy with his service! Sincerely Patrick Sheats 703 680 5040
