Assessed a broken motor in our freezer on June 22nd, said they would be back within 3 weeks to replace it. We verified the motor they ordered was delivered to them weeks ago. It is now Auguat 10th and we have not heard from them and they will not respond to our emails and voice messages. They won't even respond to HSA Home Warranty, who assigned them to us. The company appears to be a sham. I don't understand how HSA can be associated with them.

ZERO STARS!!! May 2020 - Took seven weeks and me escalating to senior American Home Shield (AHS) management to fix my stove. AHS sent the part to him two days after the initial visit. SEVEN WEEKS!! MARCH 2021 - I didn't recognize him company but saw his face was familiar when he arrived. Had I properly recalled I would have NEVER let him in my home again. Came to fix my leaking washer and squeaking dryer. AHS denied my claim based on his assessment that a door seal that cannot be reached loading and unloading was not decayed but had been as he put it misused and abused. He also stated that the dryer was fine but 'made a little noise'. When I called him earlier in the week before I learned of his submitted assessment, he did not indicate his opinion to me (unprofessional) nor had he updated my dryer follow up request. I had another appliance company come out immediately and they stated the tear in the seal could not be from abuse and that the noise the dryer was making should be looked at more closely. This guy lied either because he was applying negative bias, not capable of doing his job or was acting in a retaliatory manner based on my complaints from last years' experience. HORRIBLE! REQUEST ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOUR WARRANTY PROVIDER SELECTS THIS ONE!!! SEE YELP FOR MORE REVIEWS!!
