Our promise to you is to provide a high quality cleaning service in your home or office. We understand the value you place on your investments and will do our best to protect those investments. We will use a rubberized backed drop cloth when necessary to prevent moisture from getting onto surfaces such as wood floors. We will also use corner guards to protect corners that we need to pull hoses around and not damage the paint on those corners. We will use drop cloths to cover delicate stone to ensure our hoses and other equipment does not scratch your investment. We also guarantee should a spot or odor return within 30 days after the cleaning has been performed we will come out and attempt to make things right. If an additional service is required to solve the problem we will go over that with you. Finally we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service that we provided we will refund you the cost of the cleaning after all attempts to make things right have been exhausted.
