Vanmar Executive Suites has a Virtual Tenant Program that is great for someone like myself, who works from home. I get a professional address with a suite number so it looks like I'm working from this building. It made it easier to register my business with the county here in the past a PO Box wouldn't do it. I have used this address on my business cards and emails which looks a lot more professional. I found it to be a better price and was a much more efficient and simpler program then many of the others out there. They let me know when I have a delivery, the mail is daily, and the people are friendly. You should check them out if you have a small business or one in another city and considering a satellite business.

The owners of Vanmar and their son Carlos Martinez run a Direct TV scam out of this office building under the Vanmar name and Satellite Innovations. They are scamming the people of Coachella Valley. They do not pay their employees, citing several labor dispute cases against them, and Direct TV complaints. There is open and blatant drug use in the front office by Carlos Martinez with the owners full awareness. They are a fraudulent company. Beware of doing ANY business with Vanmar, Satellite Innovations and any/or any office in this building.
