It is a dream of Thao’s to run a unique, clients oriented and community based shop since she started working in the beauty industry in 1999. Thao majored in psychology at Saint Catherine University, so her aesthetic style and business acumen is more than just beauty enhancement, but also in fostering strong relationships. The namesake of the salon is inspired by Thao’s daughter, Victoria. After becoming a mom, having her own shop provides more flexibility and balance to focus on family and work. The shop is committed to being an employer that supports a work and life balance for all staff. We look forward to gaining your business and becoming a trusted beauty expert in the community.
