Well we know that’s something with a little getting used to, but be rest assured that DFW Cleaning Task Force does full background checks upon our hiring process. This is also followed up with drug screens and a 90 day shadowing probation period. Our probation period is a 3 month time that we really keep an eye on the new hire and evaluate them. During the entire 90 days this new hire will have a veteran employee training them to meet our high standards of quality work and respect for our customers homes or offices.
