I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from...Christine was just god-sent to me and my family. She explained to me thoroughly why I wasn't qualified for the 5.25% rate but got me a 6.75%. Which is way better than my two American Express cards combined! She walked me thru on uploading all my documents for verification and guided me to the Funding process. What I like most about them is not only they make sure that I get my funds right on time but she called me two days after to make sure that If I need to move my draft dates I can always call her or change it in my dashboard. As a retired Navy I make sure that whoever I do business with is committed with the highest ethical standards, be it from my local cleaners to my local credit union. Coming across Greenlink was really not my cup of tea, i prefer to do business who I can shake their hands firmly and look them in the eye.
