A St. Johnsbury man accused of punching a youth soccer coach during a game last weekend has been cited on a disorderly conduct charge.

Hjelm, who has now pulled his children from the soccer program, has not responded to multiple requests for comment. He did speak with St. Johnsbury Recreation Director Joe Fox on Monday. Fox said Hjelm would not be banned from recreation league games and practices but that he would be keeping a close eye on him if he showed up.
