Alaska Life Realty. Locally Owned and Operated. I am the Broker/Owner of Alaska Life Realty in North Pole, Alaska. I have serviced the area and clients for many years with all their Real Estate needs. After spending many years working for the large corporate Real Estate companies I decided that I could better serve the community and my clients by starting my own Locally Owned and Operated Real Estate Company. Starting my own company has allowed me to meet my clients needs and aspects of the business that I thought was lacking by working for the franchise companies, With my company you are really a client/friend and not just another transaction being pushed through the ranks and passed off to others along the way. I do not believe in the team mentality of Real Estate, I do believe that each client gets the personal service they deserve and the respect and recognition of working hand in hand with their professional Realtor. I will strive to meet all your expectations and needs. Don't Hesitate to contact me any time! Sincerely, Rich Harter Broker/Owner Alaska Life Realty 907-385-3004 Office 907-3222-5888 Cell
