Clint was born in Lancaster PA, and moved to Ocean City in 1979. Living just off the boardwalk on Surf Avenue, he spent his Childhood days on the Boardwalk and the Beach. He attended Ocean City Elementary, Berlin Middle and Stephen Decatur High Schools, Then the University of Maryland at College Park, and Salisbury State University. He attended Ocean City Elementary, Berlin Middle and Stephen Decatur High Schools, Then the University of Maryland at College Park, and Salisbury State University. Clint always had strong ties to Ocean City Including 9 years in the Ocean City Volunteer Fire Dept. He has also spent more than 30 years working in his family's business, Seaside Deli, Beer and Wine at 72nd Street & Coastal Hwy., which he is still involved in. Clint's Mother was a Rental Agent and Real Estate Agent from 1978 to 1984, so at a young age Clint got to understand a little about Real Estate in this Beach community.
