Good service from Frisco Locksmith Store! The technicians take the time to listen to your requirements carefully and only then carry out the service. Earlier, a technician from some local locksmith store installed a deadlatch when I was very specific that I needed a deadbolt. However, with Frisco Locksmith Store it’s different. They make your problems, theirs and go the distance to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the job. Prices seem reasonable too! Will definitely recommend them to you if you live in Frisco, TX! After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Frisco, TX , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Frisco Locksmith Store. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Frisco, TX that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Frisco Locksmith Store if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Frisco Locksmith Store to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.
