Wayland's team: 1- Assessed the brakes and gave me better information: the front pads needed replacement, but the rear had some mileage left, and left it to me to decide to wait it out a bit more, or replace them (I chose to do the latter) 2- Didn't stop at the tire pressure indicator light to make a recommendation (to replace the tire) but instead assessed the system- they checked the sensors for the tires, as well as the sensor settings, and found that a sensor was on the wrong setting- potentially causing a false alarm. No fix needed, but advice to continue to observe in case there is a leak - which (if it exists) would need a fix, not a full tire replacement 3- Again, didn't stop at the symptom- the slight leakage of the shock - but assessed whether that symptom was indeed evidence of a real problem- in this case, though there was evidence of some leakage, the shock was working well and did not need replacement yet 4- Charged me a far better price for everything we did - a far better price than the dealer quote in every way. Fair prices, quality service, assessing the system and not just the symptoms, and good advice - things that result in trust - are the things that will ensure I am a dedicated customer of this shop. I wish that more auto service shops - especially dealerships - lived up to the same.
