I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. Talk about quick and responsive service - Aqua Locksmith Store is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. I didn’t like the idea of coughing up $200 to get my lock replaced as quoted by the hardware shop near my place.
