The best part is that, unlike other qualified intermediary companies, you can always have direct access to the owner and licensed and credentialed 1031 expert all the time as opposed to a customer service representative. The final point that separates this Qualified Intermediary Company apart is their flat fees are less (no hidden fees) but the quality is unparalleled to that of any other qualified intermediary. I was hesitant to use them at first being that I was going to be asking them to hold nearly 8 million dollars of my cash, but it turned out to be the best decision I ever made.
