This is in response to Lisa, at Sunrise Condos. First of all, what you wrote for our review, is false and untrue. You called us to look at your Elevators because you fired everyone you hired. You were given a long list of problems with your elevators by the State Inspector. I remember at least 22 issues. We came, looked at it all, sent you a quote, and you signed it. We invoiced part of the job upfront and you couldn't even pay that amount. So, I helped you get insurance money due to the hurricane damage. When we finished Elevators 1 and 2, we invoiced final and you didn't have the money. So we waited to start #3 until the funds were in. It took a month for it to happen and then there were many issues that needed to be fixed. We shut the Elevator off as it was too dangerous for anyone to ride. Our company is very professional and we do excellent work. There were absolutely zero issues from us working on your elevators. You're angry because we weren't going to allow you to put your residents at risk any longer. I have the very long list of issues written by the Inspector. I also have the many text messages that were sent between us regarding this job. I also never over charged you on anything. I gave you many discounts and tried to help you. The length of the job took 4 months because you couldnt financially keep up with my fast pace and i had to wait for your payment. The truth will prevail,Lisa. I would expect for you to govern yourself accordingly. AAA 1 ELEVATOR

If you are considering hiring AAA1 Elevator and David Bailey, I strongly advise you to reconsider. You will end up regretting your decision. Although David is skilled at making promises, his ability to follow through is lacking. He frequently appears inconsistently, often accompanied by his underage son, to work on your elevator. Once you begin payment, he tends to withhold your elevator repairs, continuously identifying additional problems that require attention. After nearly four months, our experience concluded with a state inspector highlighting multiple mistakes in the work performed. To complicate matters, we found that we had paid for services that were never completed. Furthermore, when we chose not to engage him for additional work, he resorted to harassment and even filed a false report alleging that our new elevator company was unlicensed. Exercise caution if you are considering working with him.
