Okay, adding on to the pile of positive reviews for Exclusive Locksmith Service, here goes: The response was good, the dispatcher answered my call right away. The team then got there in another fifteen minutes. The technicians were polite and friendly, clearly explaining everything they are doing and are about to do. The price was low and in fact, the lowest I’ve been charged by any firm till date. I even got a discount after redeeming a coupon found online on https://www.Brookfield.Exclusive-Locksmith-Service.com. All in all, excellent service and the BEST in Brookfield , IL! Highly recommend!!!

I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Exclusive Locksmith Service I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that...

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Exclusive Locksmith Service had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
