Phenomenal service! I wasn’t expecting them for at least another hour, despite the technician promising me an arrival time of 20 minutes. But Gary from Locksmith Master Store got there within 15 minutes, and helped me set up the new locks I’d just brought. He even doled out a few valuable tips to maintain the locks for free. FIVE STARS!!! Do I recommend them? Yes Will I hire them again? Definitely Try their service once, if you don’t believe how quick they are! Total time to get our locks re-keyed, from my initial call to the locksmith departing, was only 90 mins. Wow, talk about fast! Their price was very reasonable, especially for them to come out in the evening (around 7 pm). Our locksmith, Mike, was friendly, fast, and did a great job. Locksmith Master Store was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Broadview, IL are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful. Luckily, he was able to help us!
