I wasn’t in desperate need of a locksmith or in any emergency, I just needed new locks installed in my property without spending a fortune for it. Express Locksmith Store delivered beyond my expectations. I always value good service, like many of you reading this review. The locksmith was on time, efficient, talented, and a really fun person to talk to. I’m completely confident that he set me up with the best locks available under my budget. How? He showed me the stark difference in quality between the old lock (an outdated, poor quality, worthless lock) and the new one (sturdy and new). All the technicians seem incredibly talented. You can easily tell by seeing them in action that they know their stuff. My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable. He came quickly (even though we are in brooklyn) and unlocked our door in less than five minutes! Overall, exceptional service, very fair pricing, and a good experience despite our silly situation.

After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy.
