There were no added charges though I’d called Lock Safe Services at around 1 am on their helpline 201-402-2655 and asked them to help me regain access to my apartment. Most locksmiths in Ridgewood add a surcharge and charge double the fee if hired after regular business hours. So, when Jack handed me a bill of around $46, it came as a pleasant surprise. Hire them if you’re looking for affordability and quality at the same time.

After a heated debate with my neighbor, we decided we’d both pitch in for the common lock on the front gate. It had been years since the lock had been changed and after a burglary next door, I was quite paranoid and needed a replacement at once. I wanted to call someone from the local locksmith shop but my neighbor insisted that I let him pick the locksmith and he called up Lock Safe Services! Of all the things I didn’t approve of in my neighbor, this one decision was something that I was actually glad he made! The technician from Lock Safe Services was extremely talented. He examined the lock, put forth a couple of suggestions, asked us to make a pick and installed the required lock in no time. He also provided a few tips to maintain the locks and increase their longevity even further. When the bill was handed out, the total amount barely equaled the amount I expected to pay after splitting the bill. Extremely affordable! The best in Ridgewood, NJ! Do give them a shot!

I’ve tried just about every other locksmith in Ridgewood, but no one could match the competence of Lock Safe Services. Their mobile services are a boon, especially for working professionals like me, who don’t have the time to make frequent trips to the locksmith store. All issues are resolved onsite. I’ve hired them around four times and I’m 100% satisfied with the service provided. FIVE STARS!!!
