Paul is so nice! He saved my ass today. I have no idea how did I lose my car key. Paul returned my call in 10min and showed up in 40min. He said if my key is inside of car. It will be $98 only which surprised me because I have an experience with $200. Unfortunately the key was totally lost. So he provide a new replacement key for $195. And I want a second backup one with Chip for $50. Also I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount. I contacted Lock & Locksmith Tech about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue!
