A job well done! Fitted the lock in no time, and John even carried out a security audit for free. He identified a couple of weak spots and made a few suggestions that included installing locks on a few windows. Everything came at a great price and I couldn’t say no. To me, all that mattered was great customer service. Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in Posen, IL in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. However, Capitol Locksmith Service managed to alter than notion. Polite, friendly, talented and honest, they are an excellent paradigm of how service should be provided. I’d heard all about high security locks and I also knew how expensive they were. But with Capitol Locksmith Service I got a fairly good deal, in fact, it was the best deal of all the five firms I’d contacted. I scheduled the installation after work hours so that daily office activity would not take a hit. The team from Capitol Locksmith Service got there five minutes before 10 pm and took less than an hour to complete the installation. They even noticed a rusted door hinge and replaced it. Very professional and efficient! FLAT RATES! No extra charges for calling them so late! I would recommend them to all in Posen, IL looking for a reliable locksmith!
