The Lease with Purchase Option Program allows eligible households the chance to own their own home by teaming them up with a large investment group. Once enrolled in the program, the household works with one of our licensed real estate agents to select a home from the "For Sale Market". The home is then purchased by an investment company and then leased to the household. The lease agreement is a lot like other traditional rental agreements, except the household is given the opportunity to purchase the home. At any time during the lease, residents may go and obtain financing to purchase the property. The purchase option is, completely, voluntary, ​however. So at the end of the lease, the household will have the option to either renew their lease, purchase the property, or find a new home. It's entirely up to them!
