I was new to Bridgeport and didn’t know any locksmiths around. So, when I found myself locked out of my apartment, there was absolutely no one I knew that could help me. Thankfully, I had an internet connection and I quickly found a couple of firms near me. Believe it or not, I dialed nearly 6-8 numbers before someone finally agreed to help me – and that someone was Town Center Locksmith Shop! If not for their ready assistance, I would’ve been stuck outside for hours. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 203-433-3669 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from Town Center Locksmith Shop told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock.
Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at Town Center Locksmith Shop for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Bridgeport, CT!! Would I recommend them? YES!

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Bridgeport, CT ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Town Center Locksmith Shop with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Bridgeport, CT ! Call them and save a time: 203-433-3669.
